Subscription Terms

This page explains, in plain language, exactly how the SciaticaCenter starter offer bills. It applies to Sciatica Relief Cream (Magnesium Breeze) bought through our starter offer. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

The short version

• Your first bottle costs $0.00. You pay only the shipping fee shown at checkout.
• The offer is a subscription, not a one-off purchase.
• After the first bottle, it renews automatically every month at $39.99, charged to the payment method you used at checkout.
• It continues until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and no minimum number of months.
• You can cancel at any time before your next renewal.

When you are charged

You are charged the shipping fee when you place the order. Your first renewal is charged about one month later, and then once a month after that, until the subscription is cancelled. Each renewal ships a new bottle at the $39.99 price. Renewal dates can move by a day or two depending on how your bank processes the payment.

How to cancel

Email support@sciaticacenter.com from the email address you used at checkout, with your order number, and ask us to cancel the subscription. You can also use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Cancel before your next renewal date. A cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not reverse a renewal that has already been charged, and an order that has already entered fulfilment cannot be recalled.

Refunds on renewals

If a renewal has already been charged or shipped, a refund is not automatic. Refunds and returns on renewal orders require prior written authorisation and are granted at the discretion of SciaticaCenter, subject to applicable law and to the conditions in our Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed creams are final sale except where the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, or where the law requires otherwise.

The practical takeaway: if you do not want to be billed again, cancel before the renewal date rather than waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Price changes

If we change the renewal price, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
