Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy applies when you select or accept a recurring-purchase offer from SciaticaCenter.

Recurring Authorization

By completing a subscription checkout, you authorize SciaticaCenter and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout, without requiring approval before each renewal, until you cancel.

Under the current introductory offer, the first bottle has a promotional product price of $0.00 and applicable shipping and handling are charged at checkout. Unless a different offer is clearly displayed before purchase, the subscription then renews approximately every 30 days at $39.99 per bottle, plus applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges displayed in the offer or checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through any available customer subscription portal or by emailing support@sciaticacenter.com. Include the customer name, order number, and email address used for the order.

Cancellation requests should be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to allow processing. A cancellation received after a renewal has been charged or submitted to fulfillment applies to subsequent renewals and does not guarantee cancellation or refund of the order already in process.

There is no separate cancellation fee. Cancellation ends future automatic renewals; it does not cancel outstanding charges or orders already processed.

Renewal Orders and Refunds

Each renewal is a new order. Renewal orders that have already been charged or entered fulfillment are subject to our Refund Policy. Shipping, handling, processing, and fulfilled promotional charges are non-refundable. Opened or used topical products are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by law or approved for a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Billing and Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining an accurate payment method, email address, and shipping address. We may retry a failed payment, pause or cancel a subscription, or contact you to update payment information. You remain responsible for properly incurred charges.

Changes to Price or Terms

We may change subscription pricing, shipping charges, frequency, or other terms by giving notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect. Continuing the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Promotional Limits and Abuse

Introductory offers are limited to the quantity, household, customer, payment method, or address restrictions displayed with the offer. We may cancel duplicate, fraudulent, reseller, or abusive promotional orders and may restrict future promotional eligibility.
