1. About this notice

This Medical, Product Safety & Legal Notice applies to SciaticaCenter, our website at sciaticacenter.com, our topical products, product pages, advertisements, emails, social-media content, and customer communications. It supplements our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and other posted policies.

By purchasing or using a product, you confirm that you have read the current product label, ingredient list, directions, and warnings. Nothing in this notice limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

2. Not medical advice or medical treatment

Website content is provided for general educational and commercial information only. SciaticaCenter does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, provide emergency services, or establish a doctor-patient relationship. Our products are not intended to replace professional evaluation of sciatica, back pain, nerve symptoms, injuries, infections, or any other condition.

Unless the current product label expressly and lawfully states otherwise, no statement should be interpreted as a promise that a product will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or permanently relieve any disease or medical condition. Descriptions such as “comfort,” “soothing,” “recovery,” “warming,” “cooling,” or “support” describe intended consumer experience and are not guarantees of a medical outcome.

4. Ingredients, allergies, and skin sensitivity

• Read the complete ingredient list printed on the product you receive before every first use. Do not use the product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.
• Product formulations, suppliers, packaging, or ingredient naming may change. The current package label is the controlling source. If the label is missing, damaged, illegible, or inconsistent with the website, do not use the product and contact support@sciaticacenter.com.
• People can react to ingredients that they have previously tolerated. “Natural,” botanical, mineral, magnesium-containing, fragrance-free, or similar descriptions do not mean allergy-free or risk-free.
• Before broad application, consider testing a small amount on a limited area in accordance with the product label or a healthcare professional’s advice. A small-area test does not guarantee that a later reaction will not occur.
• Stop using the product and wash the area as appropriate if you experience persistent burning, rash, redness, swelling, blistering, hives, unusual pain, or other unexpected irritation. Contact a healthcare professional. For trouble breathing, facial or throat swelling, faintness, or another severe reaction, seek emergency help immediately.

5. Safe topical use

• Use only as directed on the current label and only for the labeled purpose. Do not exceed the labeled amount, frequency, duration, or treatment area.
• For external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid the eyes, mouth, nose, mucous membranes, and intimate areas.
• Do not apply to open wounds, broken, infected, sunburned, freshly shaved, or severely irritated skin unless the label and a qualified professional specifically permit it.
• Do not combine with heating pads, tight or occlusive dressings, or another topical product on the same area unless the label specifically permits it or a healthcare professional advises you to do so.
• Wash hands before and after use unless the hands are the intended application area. Do not share the container, dilute the product, add other substances, or return used product to the jar.
• Keep the container clean, tightly closed, stored as directed, and away from children and pets. Do not use a product that appears opened, contaminated, expired, tampered with, or materially changed in color, odor, or texture.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; are under 18; have very sensitive skin, known allergies, poor circulation, diabetes, kidney disease, a neurological condition, or another significant health condition; take prescription medication; use medicated topical products; or are under active treatment for pain or injury.

If the label lists methyl salicylate, wintergreen, aspirin-related substances, menthol, camphor, capsaicin, essential oils, or another active ingredient, review ingredient-specific warnings and ask a professional about allergies, medication interactions, and whether the product is suitable for you.

Experiences vary. No result is promised, and comfort may be temporary or may not occur. Testimonials, ratings, before-and-after content, demonstrations, models, and user-generated content reflect individual experiences or illustrative use and do not establish typical results, clinical proof, or a guarantee. A warming, cooling, tingling, or other sensation is not proof that the product is treating an underlying condition.

We work to present product information accurately, but screen colors, photographs, packaging, scent descriptions, texture descriptions, and perceived sensations may differ. Always inspect the delivered product and follow its label. Do not use a product if the safety seal is missing or compromised. Products are for personal use and may not be relabeled, altered, repackaged, resold, or promoted with unauthorized medical claims.

The availability of a product for sale, a website disclaimer, or a customer review must not be interpreted as FDA approval or endorsement. The product’s regulatory status and required disclosures are those shown on its current lawful labeling.

9. Adverse-event and product-quality reports

If you experience an unexpected reaction or identify a product-quality concern, stop use and contact support@sciaticacenter.com. Include your order number, product name, lot or batch information, photographs of the label and affected product, when and how it was used, and a description of what occurred. Reporting to us does not replace medical care. We may request additional information to investigate, meet regulatory obligations, or coordinate with the manufacturer or fulfillment provider.

10. Misuse, third parties, and unauthorized statements

SciaticaCenter is not responsible for instructions or promises made by unaffiliated sellers, copied websites, social-media accounts, influencers, reviewers, or other third parties unless we expressly authorized the exact statement in writing. Do not rely on advice that conflicts with the product label. Use contrary to the label, combining products without appropriate advice, tampering, improper storage, unauthorized resale, or continued use after a warning sign may increase risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SciaticaCenter and its owners, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, and fulfillment partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use, product unavailability, delayed delivery, or misuse of a product. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where non-waivable, or mandatory consumer-protection rights. No customer is asked to waive a non-waivable legal right.
