These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SciaticaCenter’s website, store, content, products, and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Store and Eligibility

SciaticaCenter operates this store using Shopify’s ecommerce platform. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, packaging, labeling, ingredients, specifications, availability, and other details may vary or change. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders affected by a material pricing, availability, or description error, subject to applicable law.

3. Health and Product-Use Disclaimer

Our topical personal-care products and website content are provided for general wellness and informational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and website content is not medical advice or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Individual experiences vary and no particular result is guaranteed. Read and follow the product label. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. 4. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. We may verify information, refuse or cancel orders, limit purchases by customer, household, address, payment method, or geographic region, and prevent suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or policy violations.

Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping, handling, and other charges are shown in connection with the applicable offer and checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge all amounts disclosed before you submit the order.

5. Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, limits, and expiration. “Free” refers to the promotional product price only unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Shipping, handling, taxes, insurance, priority processing, or other disclosed charges may still apply. No cash value or refund is available for a promotional retail value that was not paid.

6. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges on the schedule and at the price disclosed at checkout until cancellation. The introductory product price, renewal price, shipping, cancellation process, and other subscription conditions are described in our Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Because our products include topical personal-care items, opened or used products may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Return approval is not automatic and requires compliance with the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The site and its content—including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, video, layout, and design—are owned by or licensed to SciaticaCenter and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, subscription providers, analytics services, fulfillment partners, carriers, and social platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, SciaticaCenter is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility, delivery dates, or specific wellness outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SciaticaCenter and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or similar losses arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SciaticaCenter and its affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other providers may process personal information to operate the store and provide services.

16. Changes and Termination

We may update the site, products, services, policies, and these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear above. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and SciaticaCenter concerning the site and purchases, except for additional terms expressly presented with an offer.

18. Governing Law
