Who we are
SciaticaCenter is an online store operated from Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, United States. We sell directly to customers through this website. We do not operate a clinic, and we do not sell through marketplaces or third-party resellers. Anything offered under our name elsewhere is not from us.

What we sell, and what we do not claim
Magnesium Breeze is a cosmetic topical cream. It is not a drug, not a medical device, and not a treatment. Our products and our website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual experiences vary and no particular result is guaranteed.
Read and follow the product label. Do not use the product if you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient. Stop using it if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, taking medication, or have persistent pain, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.
How your order is shipped
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 5–15 business days. We work with third-party manufacturers, fulfilment partners and carriers, so your parcel may ship from a different state or country than our business address, and a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How our offer works
Our starter offer gives you the first bottle of Magnesium Breeze at no product cost, and you pay only the shipping fee shown at checkout. That offer is a monthly subscription. After the first bottle, the subscription renews automatically at $39.99 per month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal. The full terms are on our Subscription Terms page.
Returns and cancellations
Returns are not automatic. Every return requires prior written authorisation from SciaticaCenter, and approval is at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Because our creams are topical personal-care products, opened or unsealed items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, or where the law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions and the 30-day window.
